This 3-day camp will teach teens how to build a proper warm-up routine, learn foundational strength training exercises, and reduce the risk of injury. It will also cover post-workout recovery and basic nutrition to help fuel the body before and after workouts, practices, and games. The program will include exercise modifications, use of equipment/props, progression options, and take-home materials.
